Are the paintings complete at the end of the night?
The majority of the painting will be completed during the event. Typically I will take the painting back to my studio and add additional
details and a protective varnish. I will arrange to deliver the finished painting to you within 2-4 weeks post-wedding day.
Do you travel?
Yes, I do. Travel rates vary and can be discussed.
What medium and style do you paint?
I paint in a mixed media of acrylic and oil on stretched canvas. My paintings are a combination of realistic and impressionist. I strive to
bring the emotions and feelings of the event into the art, unlike a photo can. The faces of the guests are painted in a loose style to
ensure the central focus is on the bride and groom generating a feeling of movement.
Can you provide a painting from a photo after the fact?
If your event has passed or I am booked during your dates, you can still have a painting created from a photo. You can provide me with
your favorite wedding photo and I can create a memorable painting that makes an amazing anniversary gift. I discount a painting by
40% off painted from a supplied photo based on my regular live painting rates.
