Beyond his artistic endeavors, Jody holds a deep passion for aviation and flying, evidenced by his private pilot's license and over 25 years of flying. This love for aviation often inspires his work, infusing it with a unique perspective. As one of his favorite artists, Leonardo da Vinci quoted: “The sky is home to the dreamers of the earth”

 Jody and his wife Mary, a talented wedding florist, live on a picturesque 40-acre farm where she grows her seasonal wedding flowers. They have four grown children and five grandchildren along with two horses and three dogs. Jody's life is a harmonious blend of art, family, and nature, each element enriching his creative spirit.
